No problem. Please supply us with a sample of your printed work or colour references and we will produce a proof for you to see. Please be aware colours vary depending on paper types.
Although our standard service is based upon collection by the customer, where applicable we use a courier service for prompt delivery if this service is required.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Most print will take around 7 days from approval of artwork. We are able to turn jobs around quicker in some circumstances – please advise if you require a job urgently and we’ll do what we can. You will be contacted as soon as the order is ready.
We accept artwork in the following formats:
– By email to sales@printingsolutionschirk.co.uk
– USB memory stick
– Using an online file hosting service, eg, DropBox
– Hard copy
We accept card payments, cheques (payable to Printing Solutions), cash and payment by BACS. We are unable to offer credit terms and all orders must be paid for either on collection or before despatch.
We would be delighted to help you with any design requirement you have using our in-house artwork and design service.
You will not be charged VAT on any order from Printing Solutions as we are not currently VAT registered.
We can print onto a wide range of recycled paper and are able to source FSC certified print from FSC certified sources as required.
Resolution refers to the number of coloured dots or pixels that make up an image and is commonly expressed in dpi or dots per inch. For printed images, the ideal resolution is 300 dpi for images and 600 dpi for text and line art at the final printed size.
